The Role

We are hiring a Financial Controller to take ownership of financial integrity, reporting, and systems across our group of companies. This is a hands‑on leadership role suited for someone who understands project‑based and operational businesses, not just accounting theory.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Leadership & Controls

• Own and maintain the chart of accounts across all entities
• Establish financial controls and approval frameworks
• Oversee month‑end close, WIP, and margin reporting
• Ensure accurate intercompany accounting

Project & Job Cost Oversight

Cash Flow & Risk Management

Payroll & Compliance Oversight

Systems & Reporting
