$2,500.00 Signing Bonus upon completion of 6 months of employment.

What you’ll be doing :

Serve clients efficiently to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded.

Liaising with technicians to confirm status of repairs, inquire about recommendations on client’s vehicles.

Identify additional service work required for vehicles and effectively communicate to clients.

Review, explain, and monitor repair process to ensure clients are up-to-date from open to closing of service.

Handle any client concerns / misunderstandings with a polite, courteous, and high regard manner.

What we need from you :

Can welcome our guests to the dealership as if it were your own home!

Minimum 2 years worth of experience in a Service Advisor role.

Automotive knowledge required to effectively communicate with customers.

Superior customer service abilities.

Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.

Driven to succeed, self-starter, with a strong work ethic.

Strong computer skills (including MS Office suite); experience with CDK and X-Time is an asset.

Valid BC Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract.
