Job Title : Warehouse Manager / Supervisor (Logistics)

Location : 2500 Williams Pkwy #25, Brampton, ON L6S 5M9

Shift : 9 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM

Pay Rate : $22–$24 / hour

Job Description :

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Supervisor / Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations and lead a team of 10–15 associates. The ideal candidate is a quick learner with strong communication skills, proficient in Excel, and has prior team lead or supervisory experience. This is a full-time opportunity with potential for permanent hire after successful completion of required hours.

Key Responsibilities :

• Inventory Management : Ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and movement of inventory.
• Staff Supervision : Lead, motivate, and manage a team of 10–15 associates to maintain productivity and performance.
• Logistics Coordination : Oversee inbound and outbound shipments and workflow efficiency.
• Communication : Serve as the point of contact for internal teams and customers, ensuring smooth information flow and problem resolution.
• ERP Proficiency : Utilize SAP or a similar ERP system for inventory and operations management.
