Job Summary

We areseeking a seasoned Financial Planning & Performance ManagementAnalyst to join the Planning and Performance Management Department(P&PMD).

P&PMD is primarily responsible for thecoordination consolidation and preparation of the Business Plan andMidyear / Yearend Accountability reporting and presentations forSenior Management and the Board of Directors.

The department servesas a liaison with various business segments and units coordinatingplanning activities performing variance analysis and resolvingissues.

Additionally P&PMD oversees monthly accountabilityreporting and prepares various other reports on a periodicbasis.

The successful candidate will beresponsible for planning executing and leading analyticalactivities related to planning and performance management(P&PM) under the broad guidance of higherlevel P&PM staffand supervisors.

This includes handling complex crossfunctionalnonroutine and designrelated issues. Assigned Risk Professionalswill also plan and coordinate risk management activities inalignment with the Corporate Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)Framework.

KeyResponsibilities :

• Provides analytical findings and recommendations onregular P&PM tasks including business plan preparationperformance tracking measurement performance analysis andaccountability reporting (40%).
• Conductsspecial P&PMrelated studies such as performance initiativesbusiness cases benchmarking risk management and the design andredesign of measurements processes workflows and informationsystems (20%).
• Supervises coordinates andfacilitates regular and special tasks by P&PM personnelproviding mentorship on analytical practices (30%).
• Focuses on risk management acting as the businesssprincipal advisor on risk management processes ensuring efficiencyintegration with P&PM practices and supporting gapidentification and closure in governance and control environments(40%).
• Assists in formulating and implementingrisk management training plans and reviews proposals related tomajor business initiatives to address risk management requirements(30%).
• Performs other related staff andanalytical duties as assigned (10%).

Requirements :

• Willingness to relocate toDhahran Saudi Arabia.
• Hold aBachelors degree in Business Engineering or a relateddiscipline.
• An advanced business degree (e.g.MBA) and / or relevant professional certification (e.g. CMA CFA CPA)is preferred.
• 12 years of related experiencewith a demonstrated capability in planning and performancemanagement and the use of business intelligence tools.
• Possess solid knowledge of management accounting financeand Excel.
• Previous experience in Oil &Gas is preferred but not required.
• Excellentcommand of oral and written English.
