Personal Lines Customer Service Representative

Location: Newmarket, ON (In Office)

Our client, a well-established and reputable brokerage in Newmarket, is looking for a RIBO-licensed Personal Lines Customer Service Representative to join their close-knit and supportive team.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver exceptional service to existing personal lines clients by responding to inquiries, processing endorsements and renewals, and providing professional insurance guidance.

• Conduct renewal reviews to ensure clients receive appropriate coverage and value.

• Process new submissions efficiently and accurately.

• Document and report claims from clients, assisting with resolution and follow-up as needed.

• Maintain a strong understanding of industry standards, underwriting practices, and carrier requirements.

• Communicate effectively and professionally with underwriters and insurance partners.

• Input data accurately into the broker management system (PowerBroker experience is an asset).

What You Bring:

• Active RIBO license (required)

• Experience in Personal Lines insurance with strong client relationship management skills

• PowerBroker proficiency or familiarity with other BMS platforms (asset)

• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail

• A positive, team-oriented attitude and genuine commitment to client care
