Personal Lines Customer Service Representative
Location: Newmarket, ON (In Office)

Our client, a well-established and reputable brokerage in Newmarket, is looking for a RIBO-licensed Personal Lines Customer Service Representative to join their close-knit and supportive team.

What You’ll Do:
Deliver exceptional service to existing personal lines clients by responding to inquiries, processing endorsements and renewals, and providing professional insurance guidance.
Conduct renewal reviews to ensure clients receive appropriate coverage and value.
Process new submissions efficiently and accurately.
Document and report claims from clients, assisting with resolution and follow-up as needed.
Maintain a strong understanding of industry standards, underwriting practices, and carrier requirements.
Communicate effectively and professionally with underwriters and insurance partners.
Input data accurately into the broker management system (PowerBroker experience is an asset).
What You Bring:
Active RIBO license (required)
Experience in Personal Lines insurance with strong client relationship management skills
PowerBroker proficiency or familiarity with other BMS platforms (asset)
Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
A positive, team-oriented attitude and genuine commitment to client care
