Description du poste

Résumé des fonctions
La personne qui occupe ce poste est responsable de répondre aux demandes de nos clients, de recueillir les plaintes, de fournir de l’information, d’assurer la bonne marche quotidienne du processus de traitement et de satisfaire les exigences des clients. Le titulaire du poste fournira un service de qualité supérieure aux clients et aux services de l’entreprise conformément aux politiques de la société.

Responsabilités:
  • Fournir un soutien à la gestion des commandes pour les clients désignés.
  • Travailler directement avec les clients pour résoudre les problèmes de transmission électronique des ordres.
  • Travailler directement avec les clients pour résoudre les erreurs de commande.
  • Fournir un service d’assistance à la clientèle pour les appels entrants des clients.
  • Fournir des rapports d’état.
  • Communiquer avec le personnel de l’entrepôt pour s’assurer que les commandes sont classées par ordre de priorité comme l’ont demandé les clients et résoudre les problèmes de commande dans l’entrepôt.
  • Gèrer le suivi des problèmes pour les clients désignés et suivre les paramètres du service à la clientèle.
  • Maintenir le classement pour les clients désignés.

Compétences requises:
  • Diplôme d’études secondaires, formation générale ou équivalent international – Obligatoire
  • Doit être parfaitement bilingue en anglais et en français (à l’écrit et à l’oral)
  • Compétences informatiques de base et bonne connaissance des logiciels Microsoft Office
  • Connaissance du système de gestion d’entrepôt et du système de gestion du transport – Atout
  • Solides compétences en relations interpersonnelles et en communication (verbale, écrite et par téléphone)
  • Fortement axé sur le service à la clientèle
