Reporting to the Shellbrook Wine, Spirits, and Beer Team Leader responsibilities for this position include the following :

• Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operative’s vision, mission, and safety principles to make a difference in members lives, with a strong customer focused approach.
• Provide Legendary Service at all touch points through various communication channels.
• Maintain a safe and efficient area while adhering to company policies, procedure, and standards in social responsibility and the selling of age restricted items relating to wine, spirits, beer, tobacco, fireworks.
• Maintain a clean and well merchandised area including dusting displays, washing shelves and bottles, sweeping, mopping. Exterior cleaning as needed.
• Operate point of sale (POS) system and other electronic devices and process sales.
• Maintain appropriate stock levels and ensure product freshness and rotation.
• Position is primarily based in the Wine, Spirits, and Beer department, with cross-support in the C-Store / Gas Bar as needed.
• Support and follow Asset Protection and Safety Management systems, policies, and procedures.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
