Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging classroom and hands-on training for electricians, technicians, and engineers.
• Teach high-voltage systems, switchgear testing and maintenance, renewable energy systems, and substation operations.
• Design and update training materials aligned with industry standards and adult learning principles.
• Champion electrical safety using standards such as NFPA 70E or CSA Z462, including Arc Flash and Lockout / Tagout.
• Mentor learners and collaborate with fellow trainers and industry partners.
• Travel to training sites is required to support programs and learners.

Qualifications

What You Bring

Preferred : Electrical Technologist, Journeyperson Electrician, Electrical Engineering degree, Trainer certification, NFPA 70E or CSA Z462 Instructor.
