Chef de Cuisine - Park Distillery Restaurant & Bar

We’re seeking a Chef de Cuisine to join us at Park! Park is a backcountry lodge inspired craft distillery in the heart of Downtown Banff. Our menu features campfire inspired cuisine & wood-fired rotisserie specialties served alongside our award-winning spirits. We are the ONLY distillery located in a Canadian National Park. Our spirits are like no other in the world, because there is no other place in the world like Banff.

• You do what it takes to increase sales and minimize costs without compromising quality
• As a leader within BHC, you’ll also be an ambassador of our employer brand, always being on the lookout for top talent and assisting with hiring amazing people to join the family, specifically on the kitchen team

What You Have:

• Proven success in a kitchen leadership role with some formal training
• Flexible schedule required
• You're not only an amazing team player but also have a knack for bringing others together to work towards a common goal
• You have excellent communication skills and understand the importance of effective communication and workplace culture
