We are actively seeking a Part-Time Shift Leader who is knowledgeable, responsible, hardworking, dedicated, and a mature individual interested in joining our team.

Responsibilities

• Assist store management in supervising and facilitating daily operations of the store
• Oversee the responsibilities of the Store Manager in SM or ASM absence
• Assist in key personnel management on shift and resolve customer service issues as needed
• Provide direction, guidance, and instruction to all store associates as required
• Ensure store conditions consistently meet established standards
• Assist in ensuring staffing levels adequately meet business needs when requested
• Lead as the sales and customer service leader in SM / ASM absence
• Greet and assist customers, modeling exemplary conduct for staff
• Ensure company policies and relevant legislation are adhered to and upheld by all staff members
• Handle customer complaints, escalating to appropriate individuals as deemed necessary
• Adhere to health, safety, and security regulations; meet required standards on shift
• Achieve sales target and store-level KPIs
• Ensure employees on shift pursue sales goals actively
• Oversee inventory management and be accountable for inventory processes on shift
• Work any shift based on business needs, Monday to Sunday; nights, holidays, weekends, and different locations
