Your new role
As a Service Sales Representative reporting to the Service Sales Manager, your primary focus will be on acquiring new service contracts. You’ll achieve this by
Building a robust network of property managers and owners. Your role involves
Proactively targeting and establishing strong relationships with customers and traders to meet sales objectives. Additionally, you’llpete for maintenance agreements, identify and respond topetitive threats, and collaborate with internal functions to exceed customer expectations.
Furthermore, you’ll provide valuable feedback on market trends and drive strategic plans for attracting new business.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for someone that can bring 3 5 years of sales experience in a relevant industry. Additionally, a post-secondary education in business or a related field is essential.
You’ll need the ability to work independently, dedicating two to three days per week to being in the market. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel) is crucial.
Your role will require strong attention to detail, along with problem-solving and analytical skills. Furthermore, you should possess effective organizational skills and the ability to thrive under pressure, meeting deadlines while handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
Excellentmunication skills, both orally and in writing, are essential. Lastly, any experience with Jonas Construction Management Software will be considered an asset.
