Assistant Production Supervisor (all genders)

We're looking for a hands-on Assistant Production Supervisor with strong analytical skills. The role will involve production, warehouse and maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities and Duties :

• Assist in the management of production personnel.
• Ensure maximum utilization of equipment and production team.
• Provide insight and input to any issues from production department.
• Enforcement of and adherence to all company policies and procedures is required.
• Provide regular updates to management on progress of production.
• Ensure compliance of production with administrative policies, standard operating procedures, safety rules, and government regulations.
• Evaluate current production processes and introduce recommended improvements.
• Assist in investigations to verify and resolve all customer complaints and inquiries.
• Work in a hybrid position : production planning, ERP / MRP duties (50%) as well as hands on assembly, testing and general warehouse duties (50%).
