Key Responsibilities : Provide technical support for office hardware, software, and network issues. Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems in a timely manner.
Assist with the setup, installation, and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals. Support employees with IT-related inquiries and issues.
Ensure all IT equipment and systems are functioning efficiently and securely. Document and track IT support requests and resolutions.
Develop and maintain company website. Contract writing ability is an asset. Qualifications : Proven experience in IT support or a related field.
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Sage software, and common hardware. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with a diverse team. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Schedule : Part-time hours, with on-call availability as needed. Flexibility to accommodate varying schedules and urgent issues is essential.
