Job descriptionCurrent licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse / Registered Practical Nurse in good standing Strong clinical skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize and multitask while maintaining a compassionate and patient-centered approach CPR certification 1 year minimum experience Valid Registered Nurse license Valid BLS certification Vulnerable sector check (within 2 years of application date) WHMIS certification (can be completed online) Mask fit test Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for professional growth and development Supportive and collaborative work environment Hourly rate : $45 Per diem : $30 per shift Overtime : 1.5 No accommodations travel not covered.

Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress and update care plans as needed
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare management and preventive measures
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation
