If you are a licensed Millwright looking for a weekend shift in the Brantford area, look no further!

We are searching for an individual to join an established organization that has continued its growth throughout the Pandemic.

This role will challenge your troubleshooting abilities while working on CNC equipment, pneumatic and hydraulic equipment, conveyors, robotics, welding equipment and more.

2 shifts available :

Straight Nights : Sunday - Thursday 10pm - 6 : 30am. Shift premium on $1.05 / h

Weekend Shift : Friday 12pm - 6pm, Saturday - Monday 6am - 6pm. Weekend shift premium $1.50 / h

Responsibilities

  • Working with Servo Motor Controls
  • Troubleshooting pneumatics and hydraulics equipment, conveyors, CNC equipment, VFD's, sensors, gears
  • Troubleshooting Panasonic Robots
  • Communication with various departments when machinery breaks down
  • Preventative and predictive maintenance
  • Inventory control of spare parts and order more when needed
  • MIG & TIG welding as required

Qualifications

  • Must be either a licensed 433A Millwright
  • Strong communication and computer skills
  • Creative troubleshooting abilities
  • Minimum 3 years hands on experience repairing and maintaining machinery
  • Reliable transportation as this position is not on a bus route in Brantford
