Millwright or Electrician - Rotation

Hiring a licensed 433a Millwright OR 442 / 309a Electrician for our Simcoe location!

PERMANENT POSITION

3 shift rotation - Days, Afternoons and Nights

Days 6 : 30am-2 : 30pm

Afternoons 2 : 30pm-10 : 30pm

Nights : 10 : 30am-6 : 30am

Responsibilities

• Inspect + troubleshoot machinery
• Perform thorough preventative maintenance
• Assist with other duties (e.g. repair of hydraulic systems, assisting technicians, fabrication, welding, fitting, rigging and hoisting, installations of equipment and removal of equipment)
• Utilize various hand tools, precision tools, electric / pneumatic tools

Qualifications

• 433A Millwright license or 309a / 442a license is required
• Experience with different types of welding + fabricating an asset for millwrights
• Comfortable with all sorts of hand-held and pneumatic tools
• Experience with pillars / cappers / bottling
• Familiar within the food + packaging industry is an asset, but not necessary
