Senior Financial Analyst – Technology Finance (Wireless CAPEX)
We are seeking a dedicated Senior Financial Analyst to join our Technology Finance Team. The role focuses on supporting the Wireless CAPEX portfolio, ensuring accurate and timely CAPEX reporting, and driving forecasting and variance analysis across cross‑functional teams. Positions are open in Brampton, Toronto, and Calgary.
Responsibilities
- Support financial operations by preparing and reviewing month‑end journal entries, forecasts, and budgets.
- Provide commentary on financial results, key business indicators, and drive continuous improvement within the finance team.
- Collaborate with key business partners and finance leadership, communicating trends, observations, and business impacts.
- Develop dashboards and scorecard reporting for management and assist in monthly reporting packages.
- Prepare month‑end variance analysis and commentaries versus budget and forecasts, identifying risks and opportunities.
- Assist in financial modeling and support strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
University degree in a business‑related field; Accounting or Finance preferred.Professional accounting designation (CPA) or MBA.3‑5 years of progressive financial experience.Advanced skills in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, MS Office, and Oracle ERP.Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, planning, and organizational skills.Comfort in engaging with senior leadership and working with minimal supervision in a fast‑paced environment.Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and handle competing priorities under short timelines.Benefits
