QUALIFICATIONS :

Education, Training And Experience

University degree and 7-10 plus years of experience, including 3-5 years of experience in management / leadership, in the field of wellness, psychological safety, project management, change management, and quality improvement experience;

or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Valid BC Driver's License.

  • Ability to champion and orchestrate change by actively contributing to the change processes that improve the quality of health service delivery across an organization.
  • Ability to encourage and support innovation by creating a climate of continuous improvement and creativity aimed at systemic change.
