Position Summary

This role leads the effective supervision and administration of the distribution centre’s inventory management and compliance program. All supply chain activities from inbound freight scheduling, receipt, inventory management, quality incidents and audits are sustained by this leader.

Salary Range

$80,000 to $85,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead the local inventory compliance team to ensure they are properly resourced, trained and organized to maintain the highest levels of assured supply.
• Oversee and administer Martin Brower’s Warehouse Management System (WMS) from an inventory management perspective.
• Lead oversight of Phase In / Phase Outs, new product introductions, slotting and expiry of products.
• Monitor the damage and distress program and ensure all defective products are allocated and coded to the responsible party. Ensure processes are maintained and followed by all employees.
• Lead standard receiving processes for quality and accuracy. Monitor all receivers for productivity and accuracy.
• Run standard system reports across multiple systems to maintain system data integrity.
• Liaise with Supply Chain team to optimize throughput, storage and capacity.
• Lead reconciliation of inventory discrepancies with emphasis on financial performance of the centre.
