We are currently looking for a Melamine (HPL) Press Operator. You will be responsible for operating the melamine press and ensuring the quality and performance of the production process. You will oversee the proper functioning of the equipment, ensure compliance with health and safety procedures, and verify the conformity of the finished products.

What You’ll Do

• Operate the melamine press and complete production steps according to established procedures (manual or automated operations).
• Safely and efficiently supply the machine with raw materials.
• Inspect manufactured panels / products, identify defects, and report any issues to the team.
• Perform regular machine adjustments to ensure consistent product quality.
• Maintain a safe work environment and strictly follow all workplace health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with the production team to optimize operations and resolve issues as they arise.
