Manufacturing Manager

An excellent role on offer for a Manufacturing Manager looking to join one of Canada’s largest manufacturers in their industry, where you will work in a technically challenging role, whilst progressing to a Plant Manager role within 12 months.

Have you got strong management skills within manufacturing environment? Are you looking to progress your career to a Plant Manager role within 12 months?

This global leading company specialise in manufacturing a variety of products to a range of different industries. They have 13 manufacturing sites across North America, and they have acquired two companies in early 2024. They have further expansion plans in place for 2025, and they are looking for a Manufacturing Manager who will be pivotal to this growth.

In this role you will take complete ownership of this manufacturing plant, and you will have 5 direct reports. You will develop, mentor and lead your team and this will be responsible for driving improvements at this site.

This role would ideally suit a Manufacturing Manager from any manufacturing background, who is looking to work in a technically challenging role, whilst progressing to a Plant Manager role within 12 months.
