Inventory Clerk / Purchaser – Full Time

Fusion Security is a fast growing, quality driven organization that offers long term, challenging opportunities for the right person. As a result of our continued growth, we are looking to add an Inventory Clerk / Purchaser for our Security Systems Division.

Position : Inventory Clerk / Purchaser Full Time, Permanent

Salary : $42,000 to $45,000 a year

Location : Burnaby, British Columbia

Major Duties will include :

• Manage Stockroom and Storage Room Inventory and Distribution.
• Receive shipments & follow up with Vendors on missing and / or backordered items
• Enter products received into Inventory Software
• Physically transfer Inventory items to Storage Room
• Identifying and resolving inventory discrepancies
• Establishing & maintaining an operationally efficient and accurate cycle count strategy
• Advise Project Managers and Service Co-Ordinator of product receipts and backordered items as required
• Keep track of Miscellaneous installation and service parts and order when stock falls below minimums.
• Process and Track RMA's
• All other duties as assigned
