They’re seeking a results-driven Sales Manager with a true hunter mentality and proven B2B sales experience to capitalize on this momentum and drive new business.  This is a role for someone who thrives on opening new markets, building lasting client relationships, and contributing directly to revenue growth in a fast-paced, essential industry.  With the autonomy to grow your territory and expand market share, this high-energy role offers the opportunity to make a visible impact while collaborating with an experienced and supportive team.

What you’ll be doing :

Prospecting & Pipeline Development

  • Identify, target, and convert new property clients (high rise residential and commercial properties) through cold-calling, industry events, referrals, and strategic networking.
  • Develop and execute quarterly territory and account strategies to build a strong, sustainable sales pipeline.

Solution Selling & Proposal Management

  • Collaborate with field service technicians and service management to assess client needs. Recommend and present tailored solutions, including new doors, high-speed doors, dock systems, and preventative maintenance programs.
  • Prepare and deliver professional proposals for installations, parts, service contracts, and upgrades.
  • Closing, Negotiation & Relationship Building

  • Negotiate contracts and close new business opportunities, achieving annual sales targets and ensuring profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers (facility managers, plant engineers, operations executives) as a trusted long-term partner.
  • Market Insight & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and facility needs to inform sales strategy. Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (service, operations, billing) to ensure seamless project execution and high customer satisfaction.
  • Requirements

    B2B Results-Driven Sales Expertise :

  • 5+ years in B2B outside sales, business development, or new account acquisition preferably in property management, mechanical, or building-materials sectors.
  • Comfortable selling mechanical solutions, industrial doors, or loading dock systems.
  • Prior experience with maintenance programs or aftermarket sales is a plus.
  • Hunter Mentality & Results-Driven Approach

  • Highly motivated, resilient, and persistent; thriving on cold outreach and building a pipeline from scratch.
  • Ability to create and execute territory plans, analyze opportunities, and forecast effectively.
  • Highly Developed Sales Skills

  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and proposal-writing abilities. Strong follow-through, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Skilled in multitasking and managing multiple prospects simultaneously.
  • Professional Organization & Technical Tools

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and sales analytics.
  • Strong time-management and coordination skills.
  • Working Conditions & Logistics

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Willingness to travel throughout Southern Ontario (primarily GTA) for client visits.
  • Ability to work across client sites, manufacturing plants, and home / office-based planning.
