Job Summary : The Logistics Clerk will be responsible for the administrative tasks and daily management of logistics-related files, portals, and systems.
This role will be to work closely with logistics coordinators for both domestic and international needs, ensure schedules are up to date, and maintain all administrative tasks for our sites. Role and Responsibilities :
- Create and submit Advanced Shipping Notices and Appointment Request Forms
- Create and manage Return to Vendor requests.
- General data entry in schedules, planners, and trackers.
- Building grammage reports.
- Inputting shipment data and proof of delivery into various ERP systems.
- Additional related duties, as assigned.
Qualifications and Educational Requirements :
- Work experience in Logistics is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, as well as Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
