Position Overview :

Lambert Nemec Group is partnering with a respected and innovative organization in their search for a Controller. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced finance professional to make a meaningful impact to a growing organization, overseeing accounting and finance operations for multiple entities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial data
• Oversee the monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting, including consolidations and variance analysis
• Develop and maintain robust accounting systems and controls, ensuring compliance
• Act as a main point of contact for audits and ensure compliance throughout the process.
• Lead a team, with the expectation to offer guidance, mentor, and oversee performance of more junior accounting staff
• Provide operational insights that could have a positive impact on the accounting function in terms of efficiencies and overall improvements to standard operating procedures.
