Position Overview :

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the preparation and review of financial statements and year-end tax slip reconciliations
• Collaborate with external professionals to ensure tax and regulatory compliance, investment management, and legal matters
• Oversee day-to-day finance operations, including treasury, payroll, accounts payable, and procurement
• Implement and refine internal controls to enhance operational efficiency
• Conduct cash forecasting and management to optimize resource utilization
• Provide mentorship and leadership to team members
