Experience :

• 5years of experience in cloud infrastructure management particularlywith MicrosoftAzure.
• Provenexperience managing Azure Virtual Desktop environments andterraform.

KeyResponsibilities :

DesignandImplementation :

• Designand architect Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments based onbusinessrequirements.
• ImplementAVD environments using Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC)to ensure consistency andscalability.
• Automatedeployment scaling and management of AVD resources usingTerraform.

AdministrationandSupport :

• ProvideL3 support for Azure Virtual Desktop environments includingtroubleshooting and resolving complexissues.
• Monitorand maintain AVD performance availability andsecurity.
• OptimizeAVD environments for costeffectiveness andperformance.

InfrastructureManagement :

• Manageand maintain Azure cloud infrastructure including virtual networksstorage and identityservices.
• Collaboratewith DevOps teams to integrate AVD solutions into CI / CD pipelinesusingTerraform.
• Ensurecompliance with security and governance policies for Azureenvironments.

DocumentationandReporting :

• Createand maintain detailed documentation for AVD deploymentsconfigurations and supportprocedures.
• Generateregular reports on AVD performance usage andcosts.

ContinuousImprovement :

• Stayupdated with the latest Azure and Terraform features best practicesand industrytrends.
• Proposeand implement enhancements to AVD and Terraform processes toimprove efficiency andreliability.

Qualifications :

• AZ140 : Configuring and Operating Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktopcertification.
• Extensiveexperience in designing deploying and managing Azure VirtualDesktopenvironments.
• Proficiencyin Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices withexperience in writing and maintaining Terraformscripts.
• Strongknowledge of Azure services including virtual networks storagecompute and identitymanagement.
• Experiencewith automation tools and scripting languages (e.g. PowerShellAzureCLI).
• Excellenttroubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complextechnicalissues.
• Strongunderstanding of networking security and governance in Azureenvironments.
• Experiencewith CI / CD pipelines and integrating Terraform into DevOpsworkflows.
• Familiaritywith other Azure services like Azure AD Azure Monitor and AzureSecurity Center and NerdioManager.
• Experienceworking in a fastpaced collaborativeenvironment.
• Strongcommunication and documentationskills.
