Volvo Cars Richmond is currently looking to fill a position of a Lot Manager.

Responsibilities

• Developand implement policies for the lot
• Supervise,train and evaluate subordinate employees
• Issueand submit periodic lot reports to the higher management
• Deviseand recommend ways to enhance the effectiveness of parking procedures to ensuremaximum customer satisfaction
• Inspectthe lot physically and ensure proper physical conditions are available forparking
• Conductminor maintenance of lot equipment
• Promoteand demonstrate high standards of customer service
• Organizetraining sessions for development and grooming of the team
• Assignduties to the lot employees and evaluate their performance
• Overseethe cleanliness of the lot to facilitate smooth drive in and drive out
• Thisposition will be expected to perform other duties as assigned by management
