Location : This hybrid role requires 2 days on-site at our Burnaby, BC office and 3 days remote per week.

What You'll Do

We're looking for a Data Business Analyst to join our Canadian Data team. In this role you'll be the sole Data Business Analyst responsible for all areas of the business. As part of your role, you'll :

• Gather and define detailed project requirements from across the Canadian business for data reporting products.
• Work closely with our Data Engineers and Data Visualization Analysts to ensure they have the documentation they need to build out products - all within an Agile framework.
• Partner with our global data specialists, including Data Modelers and Architects.
• Iteratively deliver completed products out the business, ensuring they're fit for purpose.

Our team exists to make Specsavers a data-driven business, backed by robust and reliable insights. We deliver products such as reports, dashboards, and tools that support teams across finance, retail operations, clinical optometry, and product.

$90,000 - $110,000 base salary, plus quarterly bonus, profit sharing, and benefits. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience.
