Job descriptionAnalytical / performance : These allow us to recognise and count the number of visitors to our website and to see how visitors move around our website when they are using it. This helps us to improve the way our website works, for example, by ensuring that users are finding what they are looking for easily. Ability to communicate fluently (reading, writing, speaking and listening) in English Must have at least 3 years of experience in manufacturing environment executing projects Strong interpersonal skills (communication, able to influence others, accountability and teamwork) Ability to improve and streamline work processes Ability to develop design basis, RFQs, option analysis, overall engineering and manufacturing deliverables tracking, readiness tools Experience with Food Processing Technology & Automation Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, SQF, CFIA Basic knowledge of capital management and purchasing Experience with lean manufacturing and engineering work processes Automation & Controls experience Projects will not be limited to location based only Comfortable working in an industrial frozen food manufacturing environment with the associated noise / dust levels and refrigerated environment Supervisory Responsibilities : Typical work in an office and manufacturing environment.We are proud to offer competitive compensation and benefit programs that include extended health, dental, pension plan, employee assistance program, wellness programs, life insurance, accidental death & dismemberment insurance, disability insurance, paramedical services, employee referral program, paid time off, and more!At C.H.
