As a Warehouse & Transportation Handler, you will work as part of a team to provide exceptional delivery service to our guests. You will also provide support with warehousing, pick-ups, movement of goods and merchandise, customer service, and visual merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Deliver product to the guest’s home and assemble product when required.
• Safely and efficiently drive the scheduled route while maintaining schedules and providing exceptional customer service.
• Conduct all activities safely and courteously with every effort to minimize damage to the product and guest’s homes.
• Receive product, returns, accessories, supplies, and prepare outbound shipments.
• Prepare product for delivery or floor placement.
• Maintain and provide accurate inventory documentation for warehouse and sales floor.
• General store internal maintenance (e.g., lighting, minor repairs, cleaning).
• Exterior maintenance and housekeeping (e.g., lawn care, snow removal, cleanliness).
• Understand and follow all safe work practices, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure accurate completion of delivery work by using delivery tablets and taking required photos.
• Abide by all Federal, Provincial and Municipal regulations concerning commercial truck drivers.
• Communicate any issues (mechanical or otherwise) regarding the delivery truck.
