MatchBox Consulting Group is urgently searching for a Operational Analyst - Data Governance for a 12- month contract role (37 hours per week) for our BC based public sector client.
This is a remote position, but candidates must
be in BC.
Pay Rate : $60.00 to $80.00 / hour
Experience :
- 2-4 years of experience in data governance, change management, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in developing and executing change management and communication strategies.
Skills :
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear and engaging content.
- Experience in change management and stakeholder engagement.
- Proficient in data governance practices, including data quality management and policy implementation.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Certifications :
- Certifications in Change Management (e.g., ADKAR, ACMP) or similar are advantageous.
- Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) or similar certifications are a plus.
Technical Proficiencies :
- Experience with data governance tools (e.g., Collibra, Informatica) is preferred.
- Proficiency in communication tools and platforms (e.g., Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite).

- Change Management : Ability to support and drive organizational change related to data governance.
- Communication : Develop and deliver effective communication strategies to engage stakeholders.
- Analytical Thinking : Ability to analyze change impacts and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.

- Adaptability : Ability to manage change and support continuous improvement in data governance processes.
