This role is for a proactive and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) who understands the evolving nature of outbound, and is eager to optimize strategies within the new rules of the game.
You'll have the opportunity to leverage new tools and approaches to reach potential prospects effectively, with the top goal of booking meetings through meaningful prospect relationships.

What you’ll do :
- Consistently execute on daily activities to hit meeting targets (Calls, emails, social selling).
- Understand the prospects needs and effectively communicate how Maximizer will help.
- Partner with Account Executives and collaborate on how to hand off qualified sales opportunities.
- Provide detailed and accurate view of progress towards quota
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas.
- Help define and improve marketing and sales processes, strategies, and tactics.
- Work 3 days per week in our Vancouver office, getting time in with other sellers to learn, collaborate and optimize together
What you’ll bring :
- 1 2 years of experience in a related role, including cold-calling
- Previous experience in B2B SaaS a plus
- Self-starter, highly detail-oriented, quick learner, able to think on your feet.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a creative problem-solving approach.
- Ability to receive constructive feedback and adjust as needed.
- Expert communicator, both verbal and written.

The annual salary range for this position is $55, - $70, CAD, with an OTE (On-Target Estimate) of $80, - $90, CAD.
