This is a face-to-face selling position that allows you to be an active, outside sales associate.

Receive two weeks of professional sales training including soft skills and product training.

You’ll have a dedicated mentor who will meet with you weekly and support you on sales calls.

Gain hands-on, real-world experience by visiting a wide range of Uline customers within your own small territory / region.

Learn about our multiple businesses and industries, receive 1-on-1 coaching from leadership and attend weekly team meetings.

Position Responsibilities

Expand sales growth within assigned territory through a consultative selling approach.

Coordinate and complete over 200+ sales visits throughout the summer.

Offer practical solutions to large and small companies using our 40,000+ item catalog.

Provide exceptional customer service and professionalism.

Attend weekly sales meetings with sales staff.

Minimum Requirements

Clear, professional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

Excellent organizational and team player skills.

Hardworking and enthusiastic.

Open to sophomore and junior status students.
