Bookkeeper/Office Manager

Our client, a boutique firm in Surrey, is looking for a Bookkeeper / Office Manager to join its growing business, demonstrating a strong commitment to continuous growth and development.
About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for all legal bookkeeping tasks, HST / GST filing, monthly billings, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, LSO filings, liability insurance, Trust Accounting, Bank and Trust Bank Reconciliation, preparing year-end and month-end financial reports, ensuring office supplies, and managing the office budget and vendor for IT and facilities.
The Offer
The company offers competitive salaries between $65,000 - $75,000, benefits, vacation time, and additional perks.
What You Bring
To be successful in this role, you must possess 3+ years of experience in Accounting & Finance in a legal firm setting. You have excellent written and oral communication skills.
