Are you passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives?

We’re looking for dedicated, positive people to join our Mental Health Accommodation Pathway in Cambridgeshire. Our service includes a large shared house with 10 rooms and 3 self-contained annexes, where our team provides 24 / 7 practical and emotional support to help residents build the confidence and skills they need to live independently.

We’re seeking self‑motivated, solution‑focused, and dynamic team members who are genuinely committed to supporting people with mental health needs. Whether it’s one‑to‑one guidance or group sessions, you’ll help individuals manage their finances, connect with social activities, access education and employment, and improve their overall wellbeing.

As part of a wider accommodation pathway supporting over 100 people across the region, we work closely with mental health professionals to ensure every personक्राउ receives the tailored support they need. With a variety of settings and support levels across the pathway, there are plenty of opportunities to grow, learn, and make a lasting impact.
