Now Hiring : 3rd Year Apprentice Electrician

Vancouver Island Division | Victoria, BC

Start Date : February 9, 2026

The ESL Group – Electrical Solutions is expanding our Vancouver Island team and looking for a 3rd Year Apprentice Electrician to join us in Victoria.

This role is primarily focused on new construction multi-family residential projects , including two active builds in Victoria. Some commercial work may be required on an as-needed basis.

We’re a non-union contractor with a strong reputation for clean sites, organized projects, and a tight-knit crew that takes pride in doing things properly.

What You’ll Be Doing

Electrical installation on new construction multi-family projects
Working alongside experienced journeypersons and project leads
Following plans, specs, and safety standards
Maintaining clean, professional job sites
Supporting project schedules in a fast-paced environment

What We’re Looking For

Registered 3rd year electrical apprentice

Strong work ethic and reliability

Team-first mindset

Comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment

Looking for long-term growth, not short-term hopping

What We Offer

$33.75 – $36.56 / hour , based on experience

40 hours per week

Additional Details

Non-union position

Overtime is not typically required

Apprentice to supply basic hand tools (all other required tools provided)

No company vehicle for apprentices
