Job descriptionSupervise and coordinate the work of cooks and other kitchen staff Plan and develop menus and ensure all food meets established quality standards Prepare and cook complete meals on the menu Participate in hiring and training kitchen staff Train cooks in food preparation, cooking and handling of food Coordinate the purchase and repair of kitchen equipment Order food and other necessary kitchen supplies Keep accurate records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory Experience : 2~3 years of commercial cooking experience are required Education : Completion of secondary school is required Company information : 1206339 B.C Ltd. dba Katsu San Please apply via Email indicated above
