Job Description

4-6 years of overall experience in Aero Domain, Design, Manufacturing (Detail and assembly methods)

Minimum of 3 years in Manufacturing domain, Shop Floor support, Methods Engineering

Exposure to Aircraft Primary, Secondary Structures and Systems, Electrical

Tools / Applications : MS Office

Skills

• Write and revise technical instruction documents (Process sheets) for aircraft Sheet metal and Machine components.
• Write and revise assembly instruction guides or manufacturing instruction guides for the manufacturing or assembly of aircraft components.
• Interpret, verify and approve drawings and other engineering documents.
• Develop assembly and manufacturing strategies for aircraft components.
• Harmonize the implementation of engineering changes or assembly strategies by working in close collaboration with Engineering, Parts Logistics, Quality and Production.
• Knowledge of Aircraft materials, Heat treatment and Special process.
• Knowledge on different manufacturing and machining process.
• Preparation of condition of Supply (Detailed & Assembly parts) to meet assembly conditions in Catia V5.
• Responsible for project management, client communication and personal interaction with the various department involved in the manufacturing like NC programming, Production, Purchase, Quality etc.
• Understanding of manufacturing and assembly techniques (metallic & composites)
• Good understanding of aircraft structures.
• Participation in periodic internal / external reviews.
• Should be able to perform with minimal guidance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized and able to meet deadlines.
