YOUR CHALLENGES
- Act as an advisor and trainer for our customers’ employees in OHS matters;
- Expert in theoretical and practical OHS training.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver theoretical and practical training sessions on targeted topics;
- Act as an expert and partner for our customers;
- Plan and manage mandates in collaboration with consulting coordinators;
- Responsible for field expertise in confined space risk analysis and lockout (data sheet drafting, programs, etc.);
- Participate in the evaluation of mandates with the business development team;
- Participate in the continuous improvement of mandates;
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge in their field of expertise;
- Develop knowledge on various topics outside their area of expertise.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial relations or certificate in health and safety or equivalent experience;
- Regular travel throughout the province of Quebec and available to travel across Canada;
- Knowledge of confined spaces and / or lockout, a definite asset;
- Bilingualism, a definite asset;
- Occasional need to work evenings and weekends.
