Oracle CX Incentive Compensation SME

• Lead and execute Oracle CX Incentive Compensation module implementations, enhancements, and support activities
• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders, focusing on compensation models, taxation, and payment plans
• Configure and customize Oracle Incentive Compensation components, including custom objects, rules, and pay groups
• Translate CAPEX / OPEX policies into compensation configurations
• Work with UI / UX teams to implement or transition to Redwood UI
• Design and configure AI-assisted components for improved customer and sales insights
• Develop and manage custom roles, ensuring secure access and compliance
• Collaborate with Sales Ops, Finance, and HR teams to align compensation and commission workflows
• Create documentation, test cases, and conduct user training
• Provide production support and resolve incentive / commission calculation issues in a timely manner
