Job Summary The ITSM Specialist focusing onIncident, Problem, and Change is responsible for the ownership andmanagement of these processes and its functions as well as thedeployment and evangelization of its related processes.
In thisposition, you will be leading major incident calls, conducting problemmanagement meetings, managing organizational change, driving process andpolicy adaption within the team and across business units.
This positionis responsible for the training, performance tracking, and reporting ofthese processes. This person will work across all functional areaswithin IT to ensure processes are implemented, followed, and alignedwith business needs.
Essential Functions Manage, report, and communicateon the global performance of owned processes Partner with other leadersacross the organization and champion the day-to-day operation of thelifecycle of Incident, Problem and Change Management Managedocumentation Leading Change Request Review meetings Developing changemanagement plans for change initiatives Evaluating the impact of plannedchanges Leading identifying risks and developing risk mitigation tacticsSupporting development of communications relevant to change initiativesTrack and monitor of changes Provide coaching and training to employeesat all levels Define success metrics and measuring performance againstthese Develop and publish a Change Management SOP and maintain allchange documentation (policies, procedures, templates, etc.
Responsiblefor managing the lifecycle of all changes, with the primaryresponsibility of enabling beneficial changes to be made with minimaldisruption to the business Coordinate and facilitate the ChangeManagement process across organizations Responsible for review,approvals, categorize, prioritize, change requests Prepare and run CABmeeting agenda and capture issues and suggestions Create, publish, andcirculate the Change calendar Educate the Business and IT on the ChangeManagement process Produce metrics and report on Change Managementactivities Develop, coordinate, and perform post change review ofscheduled changes for all RFCs and maintenance efforts Conduct orfacilitate Post Implementation Reviews (PIRs) after the implementationof changes Manage major incidents including - incident and riskassessment, co-ordinations across global cross-function groupsEffectively prioritize incidents and impacts to business Manage andcoordinate urgent and complicated support issues Act as escalationpoint.
