Job descriptionThe rate of pay will be $18-20 / hr. depending on experience This is a part-time, temporary position Monday – Friday, 20 hrs a week Maintain organized and current financial records Process accounts payable and accounts receivable with accuracy Reconcile bank and credit card statements Prepare financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow summaries Assist with budget planning and financial projections Communicate with clients and vendors to resolve discrepancies Ensure compliance with accounting standards and applicable regulations Demonstrated bookkeeping experience Experience using QuickBooks Online (required) Proficiency in other accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks Desktop, Sage) Solid understanding of accounting principles Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting
