Our client is looking for a reliable and detail-focused Part Time Bookkeeper to support their financial operations. This role involves managing day-to-day accounting activities, keeping accurate records, handling AP / AR tasks, completing reconciliations, and preparing routine financial reports. If you enjoy organization, numbers, and working independently, this role is a great fit.

Compensation & Hours :

The rate of pay will be $18-20 / hr. depending on experience

This is a part-time, temporary position

Monday – Friday, 20 hrs a week

Position Summary :

Maintain organized and current financial records

Process accounts payable and accounts receivable with accuracy

Reconcile bank and credit card statements

Prepare financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow summaries

Assist with budget planning and financial projections

Communicate with clients and vendors to resolve discrepancies

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and applicable regulations

Required Qualifications :

Demonstrated bookkeeping experience

Experience using QuickBooks Online (required)

Proficiency in other accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks Desktop, Sage)

Solid understanding of accounting principles

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines

Bonus Points For :

Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting
