Requirements : - At least 3+ Years working as a Help Desk Manager - Office 365 + Hardware Support + Application Support - Basic Helpdesk trouble shooting (Hardware and software support) - Managing ticketing system - XStore – Oracle - POS Systems - Managing a remote team - Coaching; mentoring; allocating resources - Hands on manager; able to jump into the work when required / projects - Improve service level; stabilize the team - Strong communication skills; leadership personality Nice to Have : Microsoft Navision, JDA
