Position Description:
The Integration Specialist is responsible for designing and managing integration solutions, ensuring seamless data flow between systems in a procurement technology environment. Key responsibilities include leading the design, implementation, and oversight of Ivalua-specific integration, managing the end-to-end integration process with a focus on data accuracy and flow, performing integration testing, and validating system connections. The role also involves collaborating with technical and functional teams to meet project milestones and supporting workshops on-site if required
Your future duties and responsibilities:
The Ivalua Integrator is responsible for the configuration, customization, and optimization of the Ivalua platform integrations. This role focuses on translating business requirements into Ivalua configurations.
. L3 certification is mandatory
. Configure and customize the Ivalua platform according to requirements.
. Collaborate with team members/internal clients to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
. Develop and maintain configuration documentation, test scripts.
. Provide technical guidance and expertise on best practices for using the Ivalua platform.
. Conduct testing and troubleshooting to ensure the Ivalua platform is operating effectively.
Candidate requirements typically include:
. Minimum of 3 years of experience in configuration and integrating and managing the Ivalua platform
. Advanced knowledge of SQL (writing and optimizing queries) and database management is preferred.
. Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
. Ability to work effectively with remote teams and stakeholders across different geographic locations.
. Knowledge about procurement processes and procurement software solutions."
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Ivalua L3 certification is mandatory
L3 – Expert / Integrator Level
Advanced technical and integration expertise
Designing and managing end-to-end integrations
Working with APIs, interfaces, data flows, and system connectivity
Troubleshooting complex issues across systems
