Job descriptionDirect and control daily operations Evaluate daily operations Plan and organize daily operations Manage staff and assign duties Determine merchandise and services to be sold Implement price and credits policies Locate, select and procure merchandise for resale Develop and implement marketing strategies Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages Conduct performance reviews Supervise office and volunteer staff 5-10 people Database software Electronic mail Spreadsheet Fast-paced environment Drive to locations as needed per role

- Education : College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
- Experience : 3 years to less than 5 years
- On site : Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
- Work setting : Retail service establishment; Urban area; Automobile dealership
- Experience and specialization : Computer and technology knowledge
- Transportation / travel information : Valid driver's licence; Drive manual transmission vehicle
- Work conditions and physical capabilities : Fast-paced environment; Work under pressure; Tight deadlines; Handling heavy loads; Attention to detail; Sitting; Combination of sitting, standing, walking; Standing for extended periods
