Job description

Be part of the group! We are looking for dynamic and motivated professionals to be part of the Groupe BLP & Rivard Assurances team. The candidate sought will have to deal between the insurer and the clientele for the conclusion of an insurance contract, while assessing the situation and needs of the clientele in damage insurance.

Responsibilities

Advise on our insurance products;
Assess the needs of clients by comparing the corresponding premiums;
Be the intermediary between the client and the insurance companies;
Proceed with quotes & conclude insurance contracts.;
Offer an unparalleled customer experience

Required Qualifications

The AMF property and casualty insurance broker’s permit is an asset. Otherwise, we offer paid and remunerated training internally;

Hold at least a high school diploma or a high school certificate;

Have a minimum of 3 years of full-time experience in the job market, regardless of the field, in order to access the damage insurance broker training.

Skills Sought

Compensation And Benefits

Schedules flexible

Full-time permanent at 35 hours per week;

Salary starting at $27.50 / h after obtaining the permit and depending on experience to be discussed;

Group insurance and pension plan with employer participation;

Bank of 56 hours of sick leave
