Job Overview
As a 360 Recruiter at THCO, you’ll manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from client acquisition to candidate placement.
You will be responsible for business development, client relationship management, and end-to-end recruitment. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, an eye for spotting top talent, and a drive to meet and exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Client Acquisition
- Identify and reach out to potential clients to generate new business.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and offering customized solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and service agreements to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
Candidate Sourcing & Screening
- Develop sourcing strategies to attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Conduct thorough screening and interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage candidate pipelines, ensuring a high standard of quality and efficiency.
End-to-End Recruitment Management
- Own the recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, interviews, assessments, offer negotiations, and onboarding support.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Provide valuable insights and market trends to clients and candidates.
Relationship Management & Networking
- Build and maintain a network of candidates and clients in various industries.
- Actively participate in industry events, seminars, and networking sessions to promote THCO’s brand and services.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices.
Key Qualifications
- Proven experience in 360 recruitment, ideally within a recruitment agency setting.
- Strong business development skills and an entrepreneurial approach to growing the client base.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a client-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in recruitment platforms, applicant tracking systems, and sourcing tools.
- High level of organization, resilience, and a results-driven mindset.
